I can no longer stream movies.

I have never had a problem streaming videos, but one day my computer froze while I was watching a movie online. After that, my web page stopped opening, so a repairman installed "Internet Explorer 64-bit" for me. The internet is working again, but I can no longer play any videos.
Thanks to anyone who tries to help me!!

To watch the videos on your PC: you need to install the latest version of Flash Player or use an Html5 player that works without Flash Player and on all devices

So, I now have Firefox, but I still need to download Flash Player? I tried, and I don't know why it's not working. Can I download another one instead?
