Console Day Of Defeat: source

je télécharge DoD source sur steam ( l'officiel j'ai la clé et acheté la boite de css 35€ à auchan ) dans les options de lancement j'écris:
-console
-dxlevel 81

Puis, je lance le jeu et voici ce que j'obtiens:

qui a une idée pour éviter tout ce carnage et rendre mon jeux propre ? sa me le fait dans tout les jeux
