My Avast 5 pro is due to expire on September 09. On Sunday 05 I ordered a renewal.
See element 5 order reference: 345071155 for a two year subscription. I received by
return 2 mails giving the licence number. but by a mistake on my behalf trying to downlaod
I lost everything and have no protection at the moment. Could you please advise by
return. What can be done.
