Do not use the mouse but the keyboard

Hello everyone! I would like to use my computer without a mouse, solely by using the keyboard, but I haven't found all the commands.
I went to Programs - Accessories - Accessibility Options - and I indicated that I wanted to use the keyboard instead of the mouse, so what was shown to me is true, it works; for example, the 5 to click, the + to double-click, the - for right-clicking, etc.
But the procedure to select an item is not indicated: which keys on the keyboard should I press for an item to be highlighted?
Is there a book or a website that explains how to completely do without a mouse (I have wrist tendonitis!!) because, at this stage of my knowledge, I have to point to the chosen item with the mouse and then press 5 or + to select it, and I cannot use drag-and-drop.
Thank you to anyone who has a solution.
Best regards to all.

But how to select text or enlarge the lines of a table or something else? In short, how to keep the mouse click (5) while moving the cursor???
