Question

Hello everyone! I would like to use my computer without a mouse, solely by using the keyboard, but I haven't found all the commands.
I went to Programs - Accessories - Accessibility Options - and I indicated that I wanted to use the keyboard instead of the mouse, so what was shown to me is true, it works; for example, the 5 to click, the + to double-click, the - for right-clicking, etc.
But the procedure to select an item is not indicated: which keys on the keyboard should I press for an item to be highlighted?
Is there a book or a website that explains how to completely do without a mouse (I have wrist tendonitis!!) because, at this stage of my knowledge, I have to point to the chosen item with the mouse and then press 5 or + to select it, and I cannot use drag-and-drop.

Hello,  The  key is often used to move from one item to another. Does it work in your case? Have you tried using the 4 arrow keys?  Drag and drop can be replaced with Cut/Copy—Paste, which is: /—.

It's honestly frustrating to use the mouse on my computer keyboard that doesn't slide normally. The glide is inconsistent and doesn't position itself precisely right away where I want it, what should I do?
I've checked that there are no bumps or dirt blocking its operation!

Hello, I am also looking for a book or a website that allows me to learn how to navigate using the keyboard, as due to pain in my arms and fingers, I can no longer use a mouse.

1- download Autohotkey
2- install Autohotkey (it's easy, just follow the steps and it’s quick too)
3- Autohotkey is now launched
4- open a new txt document
and copy this into it:
