WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER: Windows failed to start

Bonjour,
Il y a quelques jours le message suivant est apparu sur mon pc SOny Vaio Windows Vista mais je ne dispose pas du CD d'installation, que puis je faire pour résoudre le problème:
WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem :
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next"
3. Click "Repair your computer"
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Info : An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

As-tu essayé la touche par défault ( F8 ) quand tu démarres l'ordi ?
Si oui mais que cela ne va toujours pas
En démarrant ton pc fais ceci : Ctrl + F10
Ou sinon je ne sais pas

Ni F8 ni Ctrl+F10 n'y change quelque chose, le même message apparaît toujours l'écran.

merci j'ai apuyer quelque seconde sur Ctrl+f10 sa afai un bruit j'ai laché l'ordi s'est alumé
