Dating site creation

Hello,

So, like everyone else, our life paths sometimes lead us to use certain dating sites. That’s why for a month now I’ve been meditating on a new concept (well, I think), a kind of nocturnal light that makes me think there’s a real niche through my idea, a small revolution compared to what exists today...

But I only have the core idea and, regarding its form, I’m incapable of driving things alone. I understand that anything is possible if you put in the financial, legal, technical resources… etc.

The dating site I envision will be paid.

Here are my questions to move things forward properly:
- Should I propose this idea to the head of Meetic and owner of major dating sites with confidentiality contracts?
- Should I protect myself with INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) using a solo envelope, should I file national and international patents at exorbitant prices?
- Can we find French or foreign sponsors who would financially contribute to putting my idea in place without undermining me when a child is just weaned?

In short, a lot of questions… If any of you could inform me, collaborate, or help me in my approach, technician, web master, sponsor or other, well thank you very much.

I am not opposed to the association of knowledge, and that those who contribute at the end of the challenge benefit from things lucratively; we are much smarter together.

Looking forward to reading you.

Kind regards

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    good evening,
if your ideas are so original and even ready to revolutionize a site like meetic, I don’t quite understand where you’re going:
what do you want to do: 1. a site or 2. sell a concept?
    1. then I can only advise you to launch your site solo. but it’s tough to launch when you see monsters like meetic.

    2. protect your concept and try to sell it, that’s all. but it’s not free!

And well, like all good ideas, that's why not to carry them out! To answer simply, make a site or sell the concept, in the end I don't really know, because for me it must always go through the best solution or at least the least bad. So if I read you correctly, it seems to you like the crossroads and the banner of creating a site and competing with Meetic, or despite the difficulty we will regain market share and maybe even Meetic and the others will have no choice in time and will adopt our viewpoint.

In fact, for me the idea is rather to create a site, but in a general way protection will be mandatory because Meetic or the others will end up adopting this idea, I think.

And tomorrow Mettic will still work, it’s not me and my site that will dislodge its fame.
On the other hand I know my idea is going in the right direction and tomorrow it will have a lot of interest, it’s just probably not technically easy to implement... here’s the gist, I’d like to know who to contact confidentially so that things can happen....... I was thinking of Silicon Valley, which seems to be the universe and the epicenter of putting ideas into practice... and it seemed to me that there you can find many sponsors and organizations to get things rolling?

    Hello,
I hope for you that your project has come to life by now lol
Although I’ve seen projects take a few years before coming to life!
But a dating site takes a lot of time to devote, and just because sites already exist doesn’t mean the sector is blocked.
In those cases, it would be useless to keep creating sites!
