Problème d'installation d'itunes

Bonjour, j'ai un problème pour installer itunes sur mon ordinateur (vista64bits), a la fin de l'installation ce message s'affiche :
"Apple Application Support was notfound. Apple Application Support is required to run iTunesHelper. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again.
Error (windows error 2)"
Comment faire pour installer itunes ?

Salut,
I/ Télécharge iTunes ici :
https://www.apple.com/fr/itunes/
II/ Essaye ceci :
1) Télécharge et installe WinRAR :
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/24097-winrar/
2) Fais un clic droit sur "iTunesSetup.exe" et sélectionne "Open with WinRAR".
3) Quand le fichier "iTunesSetup.exe" est ouvert dans Winrar, double-clique sur "AppleApplicationSupport.msi" et choisis "Repair" quand l'installeur s'ouvre.
Après cela, tout devrait fonctionner normalement.

Quand je fait sque tu me dit il m'affiche ce message :
"Could not open key:
UNKNOWN\Components\DA42BC89BF25F5BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE8\7E577B2224C65CF4E801A9E52375DB49. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel. -
