Blue screen sous xp du à des fichiers

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps mon pc me faits des blue screen et au redémarrage de Windows après ces blue screen le rapport d'erreur de Windows me dit que c'est du à des fichiers dans le dossier "Temp" au fichiers "Mini082310-01.dmp" et "sysdata.xml" comment y remédier ?

Bonjour,

Les bluescreens ne sont pas dus aux fichiers "Mini082310-01.dmp" et "sysdata.xml" , ça ce sont les fichiers qui permettent de voir d'où vient le problème.

On va faire ceci

* Télécharge Bluescreenview.

* Va dans le dossier compressé, puis double-clique sur l'application pour lancer le programme. (il n'est pas nécessaire de décompresser le dossier)

* Patiente jusqu'à ce qu'une liste de crashes s'affichent. Pour chacun des crashes, clique dessus, va dans Options > Lower Pane Mode > Bluescreen in XP style. En bas va s'afficher le contenu de l'écran bleu, copie le texte (clic droit > Copier) et colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse sur ce forum.

Effectivement, pas mal de problèmes, on va faire un tir groupé :

--> On va vérifier que tes fichiers systèmes n'ont pas été modifiés :

* Une fois le PC démarré, va dans Démarrer > Exécuter, tape cmd . Valide.

* Dans la fenêtre d'invite de commandes (la fenêtre noire), tape sfc/scannow et appuie sur entrée.

* A la fin de l'opération, mets une capture d'écran sur ce topic. Si il te demande de mettre le CD de XP Service Pack 3, ce qui est fort probable, fais ceci :

* Télécharge l'ISO du CD de Windows XP service pack 3 : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=fr&FamilyID=2fcde6ce-b5fb-4488-8c50-fe22559d164e

* Grave ce fichier sur un CD, soit avec un logiciel fourni avec un CD, soit grâce à un logiciel comme Clone CD.

* Une fois le CD prêt, insère-le dans le lecteur.

* Refais la manip de sfc/scannow, mais cette fois-ci, tu peux réparer les fichiers puisque le CD de Windows XP SP3 est à l'intérieur !!

* A la fin de l'opération, dis-moi ce qu'il s'est passé, et si les problèmes reviennent.

Ui avant j'avais vista mais pareil j'ai eu des blue screen qui a toute éfacé alors je les amener chez un informaticien dans la ville la plus proche de chez moi et jlu es demander si c t possible de remettre xp au lieu de vista i ma fait ui alors il me la mits

Rends-toui sur ce site > https://www.touslesdrivers.com/

Puis lance la détection automatique.

Mets à jour tous tes drivers, parce que là, il y a tellement de bluescreens qu'on ne sait même pas quoi cibler...

Ils sont tous a jour sauf un je télécharge se qui me dise mais quand je lance le setup ils mais [Sous-systeme Windows 16bits]

Le processeur NTVDM a rencontré une instruction non autorisée.
