Bonjour!
Qui peut m’aider? Voilà le pb :à chaque fois que j’ouvre internet une fenêtre apparaît « Norton antivirus 2005
Veuillez patienter pendant que Windows
Configure Norton antivirus 2005 »
mais aussitôt une autre fenêtre vient s’installer en parasite qui dit
« Norton antivirus 2005 does not support the
Repair feature,please uninstall and réinstall »
Comment puis-je réinstaller Norton antivirus ???

D’autre part j’ai 1 virus et si j’ai bien compris je doit suivre le processus ci-dessous pour m’en débarrasser.j’ai vaguement compris mais si quelqu’un pouvait m’expliquer ça en français j’en serais ravie vu que l’anglais n’est vraiment pas mon point fort
When W32.Mytob.KU@mm is executed, it performs the following actions:
Copies itself as %System%\d.exe.
Note: %System% is a variable that refers to the System folder. By default this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\Winnt\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).
Adds the value:
"SYSTEM" = "d.exe"
to the registry subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
RunServices
so that the worm runs every time Windows starts.
Adds the value:
"Start" = "4"
to the registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess
to disable the Shared Access service in Windows 2000/XP.
Note: The worm will recreate these registry entries if they are deleted.
Gathers email addresses from the Windows Address Book and from the following locations:
%Windir%\Temporary Internet Files
%Userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
%System%
Notes:
%Windir% is a variable that refers to the Windows installation folder. By default, this is C:\Windows or C:\Winnt.
%UserProfile% is a variable that refers to the current user's profile folder. By default, this is C:\Documents and Settings\[CURRENT USER] (Windows NT/2000/XP).

salut a toi
fait ceci
vire norton ( c'est une passoire a virus ) et installe avast:
1-telecharge avast ici http://files.avast.com/iavs4pro/setupfre.exe
2- deconnecte toi d'internet et desinstalle norton par ajout/suppression de programmes ( Démarrer->panneau de configuration )
si tu n'arrive pas a supprimer norton par ajout/suppression de programme fait le avec ceci ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/linked_files/tsgen/SymNRT.exe
3- redémarre ton pc
4-installe avast et connecte toi a internet et met le a jour
5-fais un scan de ton pc et voila tu auras un pc propre ( enfin normalement )
et ceci
kaspersky
