Two different INE numbers

Hello, so my problem is that in June I applied for a scholarship on the CROUS website and since I hadn't studied for 3 years, they gave me a new INE number. Up to that point, there were no issues with my paperwork and enrollment at the IUT. However, I didn't notice that the INE number on my student card is not the same as the one CROUS gave me!!! Yet I had included it in my enrollment file.

If anyone has a solution because the school and CROUS are not responding to me and I haven't heard back about my scholarship.
