Hello, does anyone know how to print a text in Word so that it is completely aligned with the lines of a standard squared notebook paper?

    Hello,

    I am reopening this discussion because during a little Google search, we land here and there is no very precise answer...
    So after multiple attempts... I recommend these settings;

    But be careful! These settings should be adjusted according to your paper and your printer. The same applies as your paper may not necessarily feed straight during printing...!

    So to confirm them, enter the following in the parameters (for the "not confirmed", see below):

    Line spacing: Exactly; 22.7 pt
    Margin: top = 2.25cm left = 4.5cm right = 0.62 bottom = 2.3 cm

    Then the "not confirmed":
    Click on format at the top then paragraph; indent and spacing tab (normally displayed directly) in the spacing section then line spacing select the option "Exactly"; on the right in the "by" box change 12pt to 22.7pt.- - - - - Attention be sure to use a comma "," and not a period "."; click on OK.

    Then click on file at the top; page layout; then in the margin tab (also normally displayed) change the following information: (making sure to use commas and not periods):

    top: 2.25 cm
    bottom: 2.3 cm
    left: 4.5 cm
    right: 0.62 cm

    Then validate by pressing ok!

    You can type your text in any font and any size! and remember to adjust these settings while being careful to add the unit (cm or pt). I remain at your disposal...
