Windows keyboard shortcut issues

Hello,

For some time now, I've noticed that my Windows has become very strange

For example, when I press the Escape key, the start menu appears...
When I open a folder, it opens in a new window
When I press the X key, it "cuts" a file
The letters on the keyboard do not respond, they perform another action

I've already tried changing the keyboard (which is in French mode), resetting the BIOS, restarting the PC several times, but nothing works...

I've searched for a solution, but I can't find any!!!!

I also notice that this started happening after I zoomed in (CTRL+scroll wheel)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.7

    Check if your Ctrl key is stuck because that’s the cause of your problems.

    So it must be your computer that always detects this issue with the keyboards...
    Sorry, I'm not familiar with this area so I can't help you ):

    I unplugged the keyboard and I still have the same problem, and by the way I bought another keyboard, and I still have this issue!! :(

    All the keys are functional (tested on another PC)
