Hello,
My MP3 has been stuck since last night; I downloaded music through EMODIO and when I disconnected it, it remained stuck on updating the database at 99%.
I did a RESET thinking it would reset it, but since then it won't turn on, and if I connect it to the PC, it doesn't recognize it, EMODIO doesn't open, and it displays the message "updating the database". It has been like this all night without any progress???

Hello,
I had the same problem. Apparently, it's a bug, but I encountered this issue despite updating the software. I searched forums, but there was no working explanation like the resets for 10 seconds. I don't know how to do a cold reset.
My solution was to send the Samsung back to the service center.
I believe the problem occurred when I tried to put too much music compared to the storage capacity. -
