Problem with Mobilelog 3.1.1

I have a problem with Mobilelog 3.1.1, When I get a new phone call and not answer it, it doesn't show up on my phone calls history, I mean when I go to my calls list to see if I have any missed calls, I don't find any, knowing that I do have a missed call, it only shows up downs the window of calls list, I mean I only get a red notification like this one :

but like I said it doesn't show up in the list, unless if I respring my phone, then it shows up in the list
but I don't want the respring my phone every time I want to check my calls.
BTW I'm Activating the replace recents option.
