Bonjour, j'arrive pas désinstaller avast ,car il marche pas correctement, et quand j'essaye d'installer un autre il me donne le message suivant :an error 0(00000000) has occured. last performed operation was:spawning

j'ai essayé mais il me donne ce message: the avast self protection module is enabled.for this reason,the operation cannot be completed.
to complete the operation, either run this program from windows safe mode,or disable the avast self protection (via setting->troubleshooting page).
