To obtain the direct debit authorization, go to Google and type adp.pdf; the first link will provide the authorization in PDF format.

I authorize the institution maintaining my account to debit from it, if its situation allows, all payments ordered by the creditor designated above. In case of a dispute regarding a direct debit, I can request to suspend its execution by simply asking the institution maintaining my account. I will settle the dispute with Free Telecom.

I had problems with you back in March and it’s starting again, so I took SFR but it wasn't working, so I switched back to you as my operator but you cut off my line without warning and you were supposed to make a commercial gesture. If your word isn't kept, I will go to Numericable which offers 100 euros for changing operator. Please take the necessary steps as I am the president of the "Aids Accord" association.
