All of us have experienced problems with Pets disappearing and losing our virtual investment in this game, not to mention acquiring every virus, malware and spyware in the cyber universe. One such 12 billion deleted Pet happened to me in the last 10 days. This Pet is a very nice guy and NEVER sent out anything that Tag would have felt was in violation of their mystery rules. I encouraged this pet to appeal and he did. Tag never communicated the why or the response to his appeal. They quietly restored him as a pet. But not back to me as his last owner, he is now a good pet and is orphaned. I am a VIP member and on occassion have bought extra gold, but even that doesn't matter to the Tag morons. I sent them a nice message and I am posting via copying their response to me and want you all to know specifically what kind of company you are dealing with:
