My PSP won't turn on anymore.

Hello,
I have a PSP that’s old (it’s no longer under warranty), I haven’t used it for about a year and now it won’t turn on at all (neither the power LED nor the screen), even when I plug it into my computer or the mains.
So what is my problem? If someone could help me...

    Hello,
    Uh, a long "non-use", if that term exists, is surely related to this problem.
    So you said you've tried to charge it, so either:
    - The battery is dead
    - The PSP is bricked
    My question is therefore the following: Have you ever tried to flash/hack your PSP?
    If not, the battery is dead.
    If yes, the PSP is dead.    .

      No, I have never tried to crack it, but what is a bricked PSP?

      I bricked mine. At first it worked, but one day my cousin clicked on the crack software and it got stuck for a long time, so I removed the battery and now nothing happens. The green light turns on but then turns off again!!!!!!!!! What should I do?
