Multiple VLC windows on Mac

Hello, when you launch a file with VLC, and you open another one, it replaces the previous one.

I would like that when you launch a second file, it starts in another VLC window.

How should I do it?

On Windows you have to press CTRL + S -> Advanced -> check "Advanced options" -> uncheck "Only one instance" + uncheck "One instance when started from a file".

But on Mac, how should I do it?

Thanks in advance.

When launching VLC, isn't there a VLC taskbar at the top of your screen?

VLC ---> Preferences
But there is no option (unless I missed it) that allows running multiple VLC windows simultaneously
