Bonjour,

J'ai un souci ave mon clavier principalement lorsque je suis sur internet (mon compte yahoo ou autre) lorsque je tape régulièrement les lettres ne répondent pas et parfois je dois appuyer 3-4 fois sur la touche pour que la lettre s'inscrive...même la touche espace le fait !

Pourriez vous m'aider svp ???

ton clavier est comme sa parce qu'en bas de la bare a droite ya un truc FR ou EN, et le tien est mis sur EN c'est pour sa que sa marche inversé.

En fait j'ai un pc portable et cela le fait aussi bien avec leclavier de mon prtable qu'avec un clavier sans fil....

@ cosminou : j en 'ai pas ces sigles sur le clavier...

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

je n'arrive pas à poster les résultats je ne sais pas si je fais une mauvaise manip ou si c'est la taille qui bloque...
un moment il me disait d'activer mon java script mais il était bien activé!!! :(:(:(:(:(

sinon colle nous le rapport en plusieurs fois

si cela passe pas

Télécharge ZHPDiag
https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html

Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,fais un double clic sur ZHPDiag.exe et suis les instructions.

N'oublie pas de cocher la case qui permet de mettre un raccourci sur le Bureau.

Double clique sur le raccourci ZHPDiag sur ton Bureau.

/|\ l'outil a créé 2 icônes ZHPDiag et ZHPFix.

Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

Ouvre le fichier sauvegardé (ZHPDiag.txt)avec le Bloc-Notes et copie son contenu dans ta réponse.

Suis vraiment désolé mais Zhpdiag ne fonctionne pas avec ce code erreur :

Impossible d'executer C:\program files\zhpdiag\zhpdiag.exe

createprocess a échoué ; code 740.
l'opération demandée nécessite une élévation. :-(

peut être je peuxenvoyer les fichiers log sur un mail ?

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.


télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

tu lances AD REMOVER et tu choisis l'option de suppression et tu nous colle le rapport obtenu

puis tu remets un rapport d'analyse avec malwarebyte's antimalware

Problème actuel est le PC en général assez lent surtout sur internet alors que c'est un pc d'1 an pas mal équipé !! j'ai ce problème de touches je commence un mail par exemple i lfonctinne bien le tempsq de 4-5 mots et puis les touches ne répondent plus ou pas directement...
