Hello
Don't look for a microprogram, there isn't one
Why do you want a microprogram if your USB reader works fine
Moreover, believe my experience, it's true that it's tempting to update, but you have a higher chance of breaking everything and it's not guaranteed, so throw it away
Don't even search on firmware websites, it's not the same even if the name is similar, don't make this mistake
You only update when there's a problem and when your item is no longer under warranty because it's manufactured in China, I'm talking about your chip

My MP3 player won't open anymore; it keeps displaying the hourglass with the definition "starting..."
Whenever I insert the battery or connect it to the PC
it's still under warranty
can you help me otherwise I’ll take it back to the store
but it’s a shame, I had some saved data that I cared about
the references: USB MP3
MP302SD
thanks in advance

Good evening,
I also have a brand new Seeltech MP3 player, and it's the same issue: starting with the hourglass...
There must be some maneuver to unlock it! It got stuck after I loaded MP3 files onto it, just when I tried to play them. It restarted a few times, then "starting"...
Help, anyone!!!

I also bought 2 MP3 players for our 2 children last Easter, but I delayed returning them to the store where I bought them, and since I no longer have the packaging, and therefore the proof of any warranty, the manager of the department store refused to refund me. Is there really a 1-year warranty for this type of device????
Thank you for informing me about this please. -
Hello, I have a Seeltech MP3 player and the problem is that I can’t listen to music on this player... I can "transport" it but can't listen to anything except what was already inside at purchase (I'm using a Mac)... but there should be no reason for that... thanks if anyone can enlighten me.
