connect Ethernet cable to PC without ports Solved

Question

Hello, Here's my problem: I would like to connect my Livebox to my computer using an Ethernet cable. The problem is that my PC doesn't have Ethernet ports. Is there something that would allow me to connect them, like a USB connection that transforms into an Ethernet port (that's just an example)!  Thank you for helping me, please   Configuration: 1 PC with Win XP SP3 2 PCs with Win Vista SP? 3 Nintendo DSI  -- I’m just a little kid of 10 years old. And long live Tamagotchis!

Actually, I want to connect it via Ethernet because with Wi-Fi, Windows says I'm connected but I can't access the web as if I wasn't connected. I much prefer Wi-Fi but I can't solve my problem! -- I'm a little kid of 10 years old. And long live Tamagotchis!

Ethernet card, you go to a computer store and there are some for less than 10 euros in general.   As for the Wi-Fi, are you still connected to the local network?  Check that you are not just too far away or that there aren't any devices causing interference; that happens to me sometimes (with the microwave for example).

In Internet Options and Connection, check under Remote Access options that the box is checked for never establishing a connection.
