Hello,
A birthday card written the day before the date and scheduled to be sent on the birthday never arrived at my recipient and I did not receive an email indicating that it had been sent; is this normal?
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0.19

It seems that you are on Windows! We are on the MAC OS forum.
I will respond that, according to the site from which you sent this virtual card, if the option to receive confirmation of sending and acknowledgment of receipt from the recipient exists, you should check the appropriate boxes. Did you do that?

Thank you very much for your suggestion; I had indeed checked the box regarding the acknowledgment of receipt.
Thinking that I might have made a mistake in the recipient's email address or in the date of the send, I made 2 attempts this morning with an immediate send; I also sent a dromacarte to a friend: I don’t know if she received it, but I didn’t get the acknowledgment of receipt for the send and yet, I was indeed notified, after viewing and sending my card, with the usual phrase indicating that my dromacarte would be sent!
