Excel: protect part of the sheet

Hello,
I would like to protect an Excel sheet except for a few cells that will be filled in.
Is it possible to do this?

    Hello,
    yes, it's possible!

    1) Select the cells to fill - right-click - format cell - protection - uncheck locked - ok

    2) protect the sheet - tools - protection

    Normally the sheet will be protected except for the "unlocked" cells
