(Cannot recall email) Outlook 2007

Hello,

After searching online, I can't find any solution or hints to solve this issue.

One of my users is unable to recall a message on Ms Outlook 2007, knowing that the option appears when he opens the sent email via "other actions" but the "recall this message" option is grayed out, so it is non-functional.

If you have ever dealt with this type of issue, which remains a mystery to me...

Thank you for your response, but the problem was resolved through a manipulation via the user's BBY.

Hello, I have the same problem with the Outlook 2007 message recall that is not working. Can you tell me how you did it? There is always a failure to recall attempt even though the other user has not read the sent message yet.
