Hello,
From the Orange portal "www.orange.fr", whenever I click on a link, I am redirected to the site "r.orange.fr" which doesn't work.
Therefore, I can no longer access my customer area, messaging, support, etc.
After contacting Orange's customer service at 3900, i) they say that the site r.orange.fr does not exist and ii) that some software is altering the direct links from the portal, redirecting them to r.orange.fr.
Orange's support offered me a paid remote intervention by a technician.
Anyway, I can't find a solution.
Could you please help me?

update it, then run a full scan.
quarantine the infected files.

I would add, update Internet Explorer to version 8, or install another web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera).
