How long should a PSP take to charge?

Hello, I just charged my new PSP but I don't know how long it should charge.

    I know I'm pushing it, but...
    For a 1200mAh battery and a 2000mA charger (like mine)
    2000mA charges a 2000mAh battery in 1 hour.
    So normally, it should take between 30-40 minutes for me!

    If you had read the manual, you would have known that the PSP is charged when the orange LED goes out! =)

      Hello, and after that warning light went out! Why doesn't the console turn on? I'm having this issue.

    She needs to charge for 2 to 3 hours maximum.

    I'm in the same situation as you, I bought it today, but I have no idea about the minimum time to recharge it?
