Bonjour,
J'ai un problème. Mon ordinateur est infecté. J'ai utilisé Spyware Doctor et il m'indique que j'ai 261 infections, dont des Trojans. Mais pour pouvoir les supprimer je dois payer le logiciel . N'y aurait-il pas un autre moyen pour supprimer tous ces virus?
Merci de m'aider.

    1: Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-Malware de

    2: Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

    3: Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

    4: Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

    ? Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

    L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

    6: Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

    7: Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

    8: Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le Bloc-notes... Fais un copier/coller du rapport dans ta
    prochaine réponse sur le forum

    * Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC...
    Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

      Bonjour,
      J'ai téléchargé le logiciel Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, mais cela ne fonctionne pas car le logiciel ne se lance pas. J'ai beau tenté de l'ouvrir, cela ne fait rien.

    Télécharger Rkill de Grinler sur le bureau, fait double clic pour le lancer.
    Une fenêtre (très rapide) indiquera que tout s'est bien déroulé.
    Pour Vista, faire un clic droit sur le fichier rkill téléchargé puis choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur" pour lancer l'outil.
    tu commence par le premier Rkill EXE ,tu retente de faire Malwarebytes si cela ne fonctionne tu passe au second Rkill COM ,ETC...

      Pas nécessaire, on a pas affaire a un rogue.
      Il avait tout simplement besoin d'une alternative èa Spyware Doctor qui peut désinfecter.

    Bonjour,
    Je ne peux toujours pas ouvrir Malwarebytes, j'ai un message qui s'affiche "Windows ne parvient pas à accéder au périphérique au chemin d'accès ou au fichier spécifié. Vous ne disposez peut-être pas des autorisations appropriée pour avoir accès à cet élément" et si je clique sur "OK" pour fermer la fenêtre il y en a plein d'autre qui s'allume et alors là je ne peux plus rien faire je suis obligée d'éteindre mon pc.

      C'est à cause de clef Debbuger de ce type là : https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-17752928-internet-coupe-par-my-security-engine#13
      c'est fait exprès pour empécher la lancement du logiciel.

      Faudrait tenter de renommer MBAM.exe en autre chose ou utiliser Combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe


      Au passage, Spyware Doctor, c'est de la m*rde, tu devrais le désinstaller.

    Il faut que tu cliques droit sur le racourci de Malwarebytes et faire Executer en tant qu'administrateur.

      Bonjour, c'est toujours moi!
      Est-ce que, pour mon problème, je peux aussi tenter le logiciel Hijackthis, puisque visiblement Malwarebytes ne fonctionne pas??

    Oui, c'est bien ce que j'ai fait. Mais cela ne fonctionne pas, le logiciel ne se lance pas. J'ai bien essayer plusieurs fois, mais ça ne marche pas.

    OK ça doit aller mieux.

    Mets à jour Antivir et fais un scan complet avec histoire de et poste le rapport ici.
    Regarde comment se comporte le PC.

    OK on va enlever qq programmes au démarrage qui allourdissent le PC :

    - Télécharge http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/fr/_download/HJTInstall.exe ton bureau.
    - Double-clic sur HijackThis
    - Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
    - Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
    - Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
    - Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
    - Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
    - Menu Edition / copier
    - Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller

    GoogleToolbar + Windows Live Toolbar

    Tu as plusieurs barre d'outils (toolbars), en as-tu besoin ?
    Plusieurs barre d'outils peuvent ralentir l'ordinateur ou occasionner des plantages du navigateur.
    Je te conseille de faire du ménage pour désinstaller les barres d'outils dont tu ne te sers pas à partir d'ajout/suppression de programmes du panneau de configuration.

    Google Desktop peux ralentir le PC lorsqu'il indexe les fichiers, à désinstaller si tu t'en sers pas.
