Hello,
For some time now, I’ve been having issues with the links embedded in my emails; these links are inactive, and AOL is not offering me any effective solutions to remedy this.
Commercial type links, e.g., La Redoute, or more technical links in professional mailing lists.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
While waiting for a more direct solution: “Copy the link—Paste” in a new window. -
Patrick HENRY,
Little question: do you have this problem with all the links inserted in emails or just with some?
As Gihef told you, copy and paste the link into your browser. Often it indicates it in the received email. I know that's how it is on rue du commerce.
Otherwise, try this: email tab > email preferences > uncheck the box "hide images and disable links if the sender is unknown".
Let us know if it works :-) -
Hello.. I had the same problem.. I did what you said and it's okay we can open the links directly.. thank you..

Hello,
I thought I had added some text to your first three responses
(gihef, limp83, and natti) but I can't find it tonight!
I'm reposting it:
1. It is not possible to copy because the option is greyed out in the right-click menu.
2. The method: the email tab doesn't work?
3. When forwarding the message to another mailbox like Hotmail, the links become active again???
Thanks again, Patrick. -
Regarding Patrick HENRY :-)
You didn't tell us if it happens with all the links or just one.
If it only happens with one, it's probably an incompatibility with AOL, but if it's with everything, I don't see...
