I was able to resolve the issue that had been going on since 2008, at a rate of 20 euros per month!
I went to the Orange portal, then to my internet account, then my usage tracking, my additional internet service purchases, and finally to view your detailed statement. There, I was able to
cancel the "subscriptions"!!! Kaliceo;
I hope this addresses your issue.

For Freebox subscribers, here are the steps to follow to cancel all internet and Kaliceo subscriptions.
Go to Free, then go to "my account."
On the left, click on: my subscription.
At the bottom left, there is: purchase of internet services "click on it."
Scroll down a bit, then click on "Access your Internet+ account (New Window)."
A window opens with "my purchases of internet services,” just below you have 2 choices MY PURCHASES / MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click on my subscriptions, and everything will be displayed, including Kaliceo; just click on "cancel" on the right. There you go, we've removed this scammer.

I think it's purely and simply theft. I found myself subscribed without even knowing it. I obviously canceled. Still, the total bill was €5. I think we need to report this kind of shop and this kind of practice given the number of people who have been tricked. One wrong click and you're done for. Apparently, there’s no confirmation button. Does anyone know which organization to contact to denounce this kind of practice bordering on fraud?

Bonsoir à tous, j'ai eu le même problème, je recevais sur ma facture des sommes dont je ne savais pas à quoi elles correspondaient. J'ai contacté le service client et on m'a dit que c'était un achat ou un téléchargement via internet, par exemple un jeu ou autre. Personnellement, je ne pense pas l'avoir fait. Bref, on m'a expliqué comment faire : il faut résilier en allant sur son compte, par exemple pour les clients Bouygues, sur notre compte personnel, en bas à droite, il y a "achat internet + box". En cliquant, on voit les détails de l'achat ainsi que la date et la résiliation. On peut annuler cet abonnement de cette façon aussi. Autre chose, il faut les résilier un par un, sinon on reste abonné. Voilà comment j'ai procédé, j'espère que vous pourrez aussi ;)

I am a Free subscriber and I had the same problem
I apparently found a way to cancel Kaliceo
I will check my bill in May to see if it worked
To do this, you need to:
- go to your FREEBOX subscriber area
- go to the tab: My Subscription
- in the "Billing" section, click on "Buy with Internet +"
- click on "Access your Internet+ account" (a window will open)
- click on one of the months that appear (it doesn't matter which one) and all transactions will appear
- finally, click on "Cancel" at the bottom right of the window
I received a confirmation of the cancellation by email within a minute:
"Dear customer, you have requested the cancellation of your subscription (...) thank you for using this Internet+ service. Internet+ Customer Service"
For other ISPs, it should be the same principle

Hello, I have the same issue you encountered with Kaliceo. After contacting my internet service provider, I performed the operations as you indicated, and the following message appears: error 500 etc etc The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. Have you faced the same problem, and how did you resolve it? Thank you. Best regards.
