Zimbra free: how to permanently delete public emails

Hello,
For example, I often find in Zimbra Free this type of message "Pierre Fournier <actu@ch.best-commande.com> I can mark this message as junk once and for all with Outlook. However, with Zimbra Free, I have to delete this message every time I encounter it; it is not possible for me to block all messages from Pierre Fournier with a single instruction. There are many other similar spam messages that I would like to be able to block.
How can I do that?
Thank you in advance for your help

Hello,

Create a filter.

Go to the "Preferences" tab, then Filters (on the left)

Then you have multiple options.
You will probably need to try several times.

The Zimbra filter editor is very comprehensive. There are many possibilities.

Here is a rather basic tutorial that explains the principle of creating a filter.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOiHgXCDJGU

Creating a filter can sometimes be complex and requires viewing the complete header of the message to find the filtering criteria.
This header can be viewed in Zimbra by right-clicking on the message and selecting Show Original.

I hope that in your case, the filter will be easy to create.

The filter works transparently. If you choose to delete the messages, you will not be notified of the filter's action. You simply will no longer see the messages.
The filter action takes place at the host level (Free). So the filter is active even if you are using a mail client like Thunderbird or Outlook.
