16-digit phone call

Hello,
I live in Switzerland. I received a call that starts with 00330041 followed by 8 digits.
Out of caution, I didn't answer, but the number remains visible.
The origin is untraceable on the internet; I tried to find it.
Has anyone received a call of this type, and where could it come from?
The 0041 is the country code for Switzerland.

    Hello: A small correction:
    The phone number starts with 0033 0041 32 + 7 digits (so 17 digits)
    I noticed the 17th digit by opening "details" on my device.
    I tried to find an answer online without any results.
    Despite a security measure in place that prevents certain calls, I still receive unidentified calls.
