Tynyurl SMS: how do I read my message? Solved

Hello,
on March 27th, I received a message "multimedia messaging: on 06....... received a new video sms at 2:57 PM. To read it: https://tinyurl.com/nospam.php?id=yes8myh" that's it! I typed that website into "search" and I ended up here... I don't understand anything and don't know how to read this video sms, unless it's a scam...

This morning I received a text saying that I had received a new video message at 08:03 and to read it, I had to go to: http://bit.ly.9hxvdk
I went to check from my computer and this address redirected me to a message: to receive the video message on your phone, it costs 4.5 euros + SMS charges.
WARNING This is a SCAM!!! Rest assured I didn't do it.
Moreover, I do not know the phone number that sent it to me, it is 0613096147.
So, please be careful.

Since it's free, we insist, and when we finally think it's going to lead somewhere, the SMS to agree to view the video costs a lot. As for the video, there's nothing interesting, and when it's adult content, you have to go even further, and of course, it costs money. Additionally, this site is only accessible on mobile; when we get to it on the internet, this site doesn't seem to be recognized because every time we end up here, it's MINE.

I've had this number for over 5 years and I've been with SFR for at least 8 years (I've never been with another operator).
