Fenêtres Publicitaires IE

Bonjour à tous !
Cette question à été posée maintes fois sur le forum et j'espère trouver quelqu'un pour m'aider !

Depuis quelques jours, des fenêtres de pub Internet Explorer s'ouvrent toutes seules et cela à n'importe qu'elle fréquence.

Ces fenêtres on commencé depuis que j'ai télécharger ce que je pensais être un keygen (:s je sais c'est pas bien) pour teamviewer5. Lorsque j'ais ouvert le .exe , rien ne c'était passé et cela m'avais parut bizarre....

Depuis j'ai fait une analise Avira et une analyse Ad-Aware mais rien n'a changé, toujours ce même fenêtres qui s'ouvrent que je sois ou non connecté au net, mêm lorsque je regarde un film ou autre ....
