Fnac membership number

Hello!

I have a silly question: on the Fnac website, I wanted to make an online purchase, and at one point, it asked for my member number. It says it's 8 digits located at the bottom right of my membership card, but I have 16 digits on my card!! I’ve tried a lot of combinations, but nothing works... :'(

Do you have any indication on which digits I should enter? Because I feel like I've tried everything!

Hello,

I had the same problem, your cards must be temporary (for 2 or 3 years).

Make sure to activate it on your FNAC account: once that's done, they will give you your ADHERENT number, which you will use to purchase all your products.
