Demande d'explications sur les CALs et srv 08

Bonjour, ma question est assez simple mais je ne trouve pas de réponse claire...

Voila je souhaite mettre en place un réseau local pour une petite entreprise.

Pour l'instant, il y a 12 postes en réseau style maison.

Il y a une base de donnée sur un poste "serveur".
Les postes viennent enregistrer leurs saisies dans celle-ci.
Pour l'instant, le tout tourne sous win Xp ("serveur" et postes ), l'ensemble manque donc de sécurisation etc...

Je veux donc acheter un serveur mais quel OS prendre?
Quand je configure mon serveur sur le site de Dell, ils me proposent : Windows Server®2008 R2, Foundation Edition ou Windows Server®2008 R2, Standard Edition, Includes 5 CALs... (j'aurais voulu un win 2003 srv mais ça n'existe plus)
Mon choix se dirige vers le second... J'ai bon ou pas ?

Mais la question des CALs se pose maintenant...

Pour administrer 12 postes, je dois donc acheter 10 CALs (5+10) ? C'est bien ça ?

Mais là, le site de Dell me propose une large liste de choix
