Hello,
after hours of trying to finally watch the videos on M6 replay, I'm ready to resign. I've read everything I found on the subject but nothing works...
M6 replay was working very well until now but now it freezes after the ads, the "loading" logo just keeps spinning! I've reinstalled the latest versions of Windows Media Player, Java, and Flash Player, I've deleted the DRM, I've fiddled with the hosts files: NOTHING has changed... pff, I'm desperate... Especially since the same problem (and the same error message) occurs on both my desktop and my laptop.
At the bottom of the screen on the site, a yellow triangle indicates the following error (when I double click on it):

Details of the webpage error

User agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; (R1 1.6); .NET CLR 1.0.3705; OfficeLiveConnector.1.3; OfficeLivePatch.0.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

I'm using IE8, I'm on windows XP, I have antivir as my antivirus.

I would really like you to help me or at least understand what's going wrong.
Thanks in advance. (I don't like being left without understanding!...)
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8

I have the same problem as you with watching the M6 Replay programs with IE8 since March 19.

Yesterday, I installed Firefox and it works.

Thank you for the information. However, I do not wish to switch to Firefox. Unless it is possible to install Firefox without uninstalling IE8???... I haven't looked into it yet...

Firefox and IE are not exclusive!! Personally, I have 5 different browsers for specific reasons.

But then none of the 5 work (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari): Ad then nothing.

And the same on my other PC.

I reverted to IE7: nothing... Then I reinstalled Adobe Flash Player 10 and since then it works!

Hello!
It's working again following an automatic update of "Java" (there was a Windows update just a day before, so I'm not really sure which of the two resolved the issue...)
