Rapport Hijack virus WORM/KOLAB

Bonjour à tous

Ca faisait un moment que j'tais tranquille avec mon pc, et depuis hier plusieurs virus ont l'air de trouver refuge sur ma machine.
J'ai fait un coup de spybot avec MAJ, ccleaner, antivir, mais il y en a toujours un qui débarque après la bataille...

De memoire li y avait un logiciel complémentaire à celui là, avec une sorte de fenetre sous forme d'invite de commande qui s'affichait, est-ce que quelqu'un voit de quoi il s'agit.

    a l'installation vérifie que mise a jour et lancer programme et scan complet sont bien cocher

    Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; clic sur l´onglet paramètre, et coche la case : "Arrêter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

    A la fin du scan clique sur Afficher les résultats

    Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

    S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

    Et tu poste le rapport générer

        Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

        Télécharge et installe List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

        Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc..

        double clique ( clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

        coche la case "créer une icône sur le bureau"

        une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

        choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche

        laisse travailler l'outil

        à l'apparition de la fenêtre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

        un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.

        Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'écran "COMPLETED"

        (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

        • Double clic sur "UsbFix.exe" présent sur ton bureau ( clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista & 7 )

        • Choisis l'option F pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

        • Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ) et tape sur [entrée] .

        • Laisse travailler l'outil.

        • Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

        • Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

        ( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

        • Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
        Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
        Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

          Pour l'option 6, comme je t'ai dit le fichier n'a pas été trouvé et lorsque j'ai accpeté la création du nouveau dossier le bloc note s'est ouvert mais il était vide.

        Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

        Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

        Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

        Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

          J'ai effectué l'opération 2 "suppression des fichiers", pendant que l'outil tournait antivir a détecté un virus que j'ai supprimé.

        comme tu a tendance a ne pas poster le début tes rapport fait un effort cette fois pour poster ton rapport en entier stp je suis la pour t'aider pas pour faire le policier si tu a un windows pirater je m'en fout tout se que je peut te dire que la plupart sont viroler et sujet a des faille de sécurité

        Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

        Note importante :tu est sous Vista

        la désactivation du Contrôle des comptes utilisateurs est obligatoire

        pour toute manipulation fait comme ceci( clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 )

        -> Double clique combofix.exe.
        -> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
        -> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

        NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

        Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

        -> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

        -> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

        Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

        - Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

        -Attention Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. risque de figer l'ordi

        - En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

        - Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

        -> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

        -> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

        !\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\ : risque de figer l'ordi (plantage complet)

        ::Si combofix detecte quelque chose et de demande a redémarrer tu accepte

          Très honnetement, je ne mettais pas le début des rapports parce que je pensais que les informations sur l'heure etc..... ne servaient à rien. je pense que tu peux voir pas mal de choses, donc mon idée n'était pas de cacher quoique ce soit.

          Et justement, j'ai formaté mon pc il y a 1 an et j'ai tout réinstallé avec un cd créé lors de l'installation du pc (avec un logiciel ACER qui demandait dès le départ de faire une sauvegarde complète du système etc...). Et là depuis 1 semaine, suit à une mise à jour windows, j'ai une petite fenêtre qui me précise que ma version est une contrefaçon, alors que j'ai tout réinstallé avec les cd d'origine. As-tu une réponse à ce sujet?

            je pense que sa vient de l'activation ici un article sur le sujet

            pour nettoyer les fix qui ont servit

            Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
            http://pc-system.fr/

            Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
            puis Recherche
            et sur Suppression
            Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

            CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
            Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

            Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

            tu poste le rapport générer après suppression
