Bonjour,
je vien encore poster un message car j'ai un virus tres collant qui ne veux pas partir
y aurais t'il un pro parmi vous car la bete m'empeche mm de faire le scan gmer pendant le scan ca coupe et ca ma met un ecran bleu avec l'erreur suivante stop:000021a {erreur systeme irreccuperable }
le processus systeme windows logon process s'est terminer de facon inattendu avec .....
le systeme a ete arrete

on passe, sur nos temps libres, à depanner les pc ici, donc on a un peu besoin de se détendre, je sais également que c'est agaçant d'avoir un pc infecté, c'est juste pour détender l'atmosphère, Cool !

arrête Emule :
C:\Program Files\eMule\emule.exe

pas d'infection sur tes rapports,
tu as MBAM sur ton pc,

Lance MBAM
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller
. À la fin du scan, il se peut que MBAM ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la suppression, donc pas de panique, redémarre ton pc !!!

juste pour te preciser que malwarebyte ne detectais aucun virus c'est ad aware qui a detecter les virus mais je fais quand mm ce que tu me demande je ne suis plus a un scan pret maintenant lol

ceci dit que tu n'as plus besoin de passer GMER :-)

. télécharges Ccleaner à partir de cette adresse et enregistres le sur le bureau

.double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
.sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
.cliques sur suivant
.lis la licence et j'accepte
.cliques sur suivant
.la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
.cliques sur intaller
.cliques sur fermer
.double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
.une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
.tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner

• Pour désinstaller les outils de désinfection qu’on a utilisés :

Telecharge ToolsCleaner2
--> http://pc-system.fr/
-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION
-Clique sur Quitter pour que le rapport puisse se créer
-Poste moi le rapport se trouvant ici--> C:\TCleaner.txt
Note : si certains outils reste sur ton pc, il faut les supprimer manuellement


• Désactivation, puis Réactivation de la restauration système après désinfection :

Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger car les points de restauration peuvent être infectés :

fais une mise à jour de ton antivirus, lance un scan complet de ton pc, tiens moi au courant du résultat ;-)

• Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

Tuto : https://forum.pcastuces.com/randoms_system_information_tool_rsit-f31s31.htm
Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
(log.txt & info.txt)
(CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

sur le forum on ma demander d'effectuer un scan gmer car ad aware detect 2 virus win 32 trogan hackAV et un autre nommé win 32 downloader agent
et comme tu as pu le remarquer malwarebyte ne detect rien ni mon anti virus avg
et vu que je sort tout juste d'une precedente infection (bagle)(temp2 exe qui ensuite c'est transformer en win 32 cryptor) qui d'ailleur a ete un sacre casse tete on ce demandais si ce n'etait pas un reste de la precedente infection ?
j'espere ne pas te faire perdre ton temps mais j'en ai vraiment ra le bol des virus en ce moments c'est l'invasion
mon pc deconne sans arret tout les jours y a un nouveau probleme

d'ailleur tu utilise comme speudo electricien69 est ce que tu es electricien ou est ce un delire car j'ai une autre question tres importante a te poser si tu es electricien ?

si tu peu regarder pour comprendre quelque chose a mon charabiat lol
vers la fin de la desinfection de mon pc j'ai du arreter car mon disque dur fesais planter mon pc;message d'erreur sur le lien que je te envoyer en haut
le pc rammais de folie et etais completement instable donc j'ai ete acheter un disque dur tout neuf pour remplacer celui qui rendais l'ame et une fois le disque dur changer dedetraque qui ma aider jusque la ma dit que normalement je ne devrais avoir aucun souci pour mettre mes données de mon ancien disque dur dans le nouveau il ma demender d'effectuer un dernier scan avec suppression d'un reste d'infection j'ai donc brancher a la sauvage l'ancien disque dur pour effectuer le dernier scan avec la suppression .Je penssais que la desinfection etais terminer quand mon pc c'est de nouveau mis a ramer de folie et a etre envahi par les pub donc j'ai commencer a installer certain nettoyeur dont ad aware qui lui ma trouver les 2 virus citer plus haut de la impossible de les supprimer donc je suis revenue expliquer mon probleme en essayant d'etre la plus precise en expliquant egalement ce qui m'etais arriver juste avant

une chose à la fois si tu le permets, on va d'abord s'occuper de ton pc :

enregistre toutes les données perso seulement sur un autre support que ton DD, on ne sait jamais ;-)

► Télécharges ComboFix à partir de ce lien et enregistres le sur ton bureau :

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Si ça ne marche pas, tu vires combofix de sur ton bureau et tu télécharge depuis ce lien jacombo qui est combofix renommé cela permet de contrer certaine infection, tu le mets sur ton bureau et tu suis les explications données dans la procédure de combofix

et malheureusement lors de l' installation de mon nouveau disque dur je n'ai pas reussi a créer une partition donc tout ce trouve dans C:
meme mon disque dur externe est plein et puis cela ne servirais a rien vue que lui ausi je dois la brancher pendant les scans

surtout laisse travailler l'outil et n'utilise pas le pc pendant le scan
il se peut qu'au moment ou tu colles ton rapport sur ton prochain message, je soit plus connecté, donc soit patiente jusqu'à demain en fin journée quand je rentre du boulot, je te réponds dés que possible.

voila que maintenat j'ai internet qui deraille et m'affiche n'importe quelle page
j'essaye de venir sur cette page il m'affiche une autre etc enfin j'ai reussi a venir c le principal
jy comprend plus rien j'espere que c'est plus un bugg du net que de mon pc

fais une mise à jour de ton antivirus, lance un scan complet de ton pc, tiens moi au courant du résultat ;-)

donne moi également des nouvelles du fonctionnement du pc ;-)

tout ce que tu ma demander a ete effectuer
j'ai juste une question les outils de desinfection a enlever du pc
est je peu les supprimer directement du bureau en fesant clic droit supprimer car il n'apparaisse plus dans la liste de programme installer mais sont toujours present sur le bureau
alors est ce qu'un seul clic droit supprimer suffit t'il ?

si certains outils reste sur ton pc, il faut les supprimer manuellement

comment va le pc ?

oui j'ai effectuer un scan avec l'anti virus il ne detect rien meme ad aware ne trouve rien
peu etre en es t'on venue a bout je te remerci beaucoup pour ton aide ;-)
pour le moment le pc semble stable jsui juste encore embeter par des pubs indesirables
est ce que je dois desinstaller toolscleaner2

Crée un nouveau point de restauration système, ça peut servire ;-)

tu peux virer toolcleaner également,

vire ad award, à sa place, installe un parfeu qui va empecher les pub d'enter sur ton pc :-)

auguement le niveau de sécurité de ton navigateur web également

si tu n'as plus d'autres soucis, il ne me reste plus qu'à te souhaiter un bon surf et une bonne soirée ;-)
