I can't send or receive emails to Portugal, what should I do?

    thank you for the answers, but the address is correct and my cousin in Portugal is also unable to send it to me, we don't understand why!!!!!

    Is there an error message? Don't the messages go directly to the Spam folder?
    Is it an address like: @gmail.com @hotmail.fr @orange.fr @free.fr...?

    There is an error message stating that the recipient was not found.
    It is an address @yahoo.pp

    Normally nothing... Are you sure the email address exists? Are the messages not classified as Spam?
