Good evening, Yes, I can advise you to go to your Alice customer area, then to "my services" and finally to "internet option +". You will be able to deactivate this service. If you cannot do it, Alice's customer service will need to assist you by phone. If you need advice regarding the steps for a refund, feel free to ask me.
Good evening,
Well, take a look at the last lines of the first paragraph of this article to know how to proceed.
Best regards.

Thank you Wildou, it's exactly what I was looking for, but there's a tiny modification in the tutorial
actually, you just need to:
-Go to:
-orange customer space
-section my internet account
-my plan
-And:
-Either deactivate "Payment on demand"
-Or go to details (next to payment on demand) and click on view (next to the subscription to cancel) and click on cancel
Thank you, goodbye
Best regards.

Hello,
I was able to find out, by calling the "toll-free" number for Mobifun listed above, that the charges on my son's small plan will stop... and I sent an email to the so-called customer service, which replied that I need to provide proof of a text message sent to them... what a joke!
So it would be up to me to provide them with proof of their scam...
I only found a small table, of which I took a screenshot because it disappears as time passes, on my Orange client space, stating that my son sent a text message and downloaded I don't know what every week for over a month, at 3 euros each!
I have not yet received a refund for the amounts charged to the plan, but I am not losing hope and I suggest to everyone in my situation to send a letter, always the same photocopy with only the date of mailing changed, EVERY DAY to their FREEPOST address, and especially WITHOUT STAMPING the letter, because THEY PAY FOR THE POSTAGE in this case, and to keep it up UNTIL THEY REFUND... It’s a matter of patience, but it’s worth trying, even if the amount is small; they might soon get tired of being inundated with identical complaint letters coming in large quantities every day...
I remind you of the address:

I just received my May bill and instead of having 52 euros for the subscription, I end up with 144 euros. So I go to Orange and I see a Mobifun subscription for 5 euros per week that I never requested, of course. I will therefore resolve the issue with Orange since the payment goes through them and thanks to them, they are also responsible for the "computer scam." Moreover, Aix-en-Provence is filled with scammers for this kind of thing. A piece of advice, I will also threaten the customer service to act or I will switch to another provider. It's up to them to take the necessary actions. They are already charging enough. If you have any information, please let me know.
Hello,
I’m glad you found the solution to your request.
Personally, I don’t have Orange and that’s a solution I found online.
Thank you for providing this other option for everyone who has the same request as you.
Please mark your message as “resolved,” like THIS.
Best regards.

Hello,
I cannot set the status to "resolved"
is there a connection with the fact that I am not registered and that I am just a visitor?

Good evening,
It is true that our CCM interface is currently undergoing modifications.
I think you should still be able to mark your message as "resolved" by clicking "Mark as resolved" below its title.
If that doesn't work, please let me know, so I can inform those responsible for improving the interface.
Kind regards.
Edit: P.S.: Your message has already been marked as "resolved".

HELLO YOU GO TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT THEN YOUR CONSO TRACKING MANAGE YOUR OPTIONS THERE ARE MY SERVICES YOU SEE THEN THE STATEMENT AND YOU NEED TO DISABLE THE SERVICE.
I had the same thing happen to me. I downloaded a ringtone that was offered, so it was FREE, but they charged me €5 per week for TWO months.
It was a SUBSCRIPTION!
The solution is to send an email to ORANGE at the address:
support.servicesalacarte.internet@orange-ftgroup.com
and explain the scam to them. But especially right away, send a text message
from your mobile with: STOP and send it to number 88000 and to number 88333.
Good luck
Caro

Good evening Mobifun, it's a scam. Since January, I've been paying 40 euros more, and now it's May, I'm still paying 40 euros even though I never subscribed to this stuff about games and ringtones. I'm a 47-year-old woman and I have a 5-year-old daughter; neither of us know about these games. Is it possible for someone to help me find a solution? Thank you.
Good evening,
The answer is above in message no. 4 from guillamder on March 13 at 9:12 am.
Sincerely.

you need to go to the cabonné space
then click on internet purchase then access your internet account
the purchases appear and you need to click on cancellation otherwise the charge of €5 will continue to be made every week.
I also fell for it and I didn't appreciate it at all.
Advice: send a registered letter to MOBIFUN EUROPARC DE PICHAURY 1330 AV GG DE LA LAUZIERE 13856 AIX EN PROVENCE CEDEX to request the reimbursement of the charges if you have never downloaded a ringtone or anything else from mobifun.

Please answer my question honestly: how can we trust people who offer a game where you shoot (virtually) at MOLES? In 2010.... Either we are completely desensitized, or we are completely dumb! In both cases, the scam seems like a fitting punishment to me...

Best regards.
I noticed on receiving my invoice a charge for internet services over 15 euros.
When contacting Orange customer service, after the third representative, I was given the procedure to cancel a weekly Mobifun subscription that I supposedly signed up for last March!
Is there any possibility of getting a refund?
Thank you.
They fully refunded me by check.
