Explorer.exe/cheval de troie

Bonjour,

avg détecte un cheval de troie (generic16.CKZX) sur explorer.exe quelques minutes après le démarrage du PC et sans avoir rien fait. Même chose sur le PC de mon amie (même OS), nous sommes tous deux derrière une freebox en routeur.
Si on supprime l'infection avec avg, alors plus d'explorer! C'est ce qu'on a fait sur le 2e PC et il a fallu récupérer le fichier explorer.exe depuis le 1er PC pour pouvoir utiliser windows normalement.
Que faire pour cette infection. Jusqu'ici mon PC n'a eu aucun problème et ne semble pas perturbé "plus que ça" par ce trojan.
