Hello,
I have an HP Photosmart C7280 printer that displays error 0xc18a0401... I have replaced the cartridges twice with the same result. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and I still get this information about the problem that I don't understand of course. What can I do? Is it out of order? Thank you for your help.
