Contacting La Banque Postale by email?

Hello,

I am a customer of La Banque Postale like many of you, if I am to believe the numerous posts available on the forum.

The financial center I depend on (Marseille) is unreachable today and I would really like to contact them by email; the problem is, I can't find any email contact on their website... !

Does anyone among you know a valid email address to reach them?

it works (contact.marseille@labanquepostale.fr), thanks for the tip and thanks to all those who are like me in Marseille.

It would be great if La Banque Postale truly developed all its services integrated with La Poste, for example being able to pay for the electronic registered mail service directly through your postal account, that would be so convenient.

A year later...
I just used this address to report my issue with my e-card...
The email address no longer works!!!
Does anyone have another solution to propose to me?

you can try these two addresses to ask La Banque Postale for the new email addresses of their services:

- Assistance.banqueenligne@labanquepostale.fr :
this is the "central service" for inquiries, they have always replied to me, their physical address is:
La Banque Postale
CNMR
Financial Center
17 rue du Maréchal De Lattre de Tassigny
CS 10002
63044 Clermont Ferrand Cedex 1

- prénom.nom@labanquepostale.fr :
this is the email address of the person who took over to reply to me.

Since then, I haven't tested these addresses again.

have you tried to contact the financial center you depend on by phone?
I think that's the first thing to do.
