Bug ordi à cause de malwarebytes

Bonjour,
Aprés avoir eu un problème avec xp guardian j'ai téléchargé et utilisé malwarebytes. Trés efficace, mais le problème c'est que je n'ai plus accés au par feu, ni a mon anti virus, plusieurs fonctions du panneaux de configuration ne me sont plus accessible. J'ai le message suivant C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe et la phrase application introuvable!!!!! je ne sais même pas ce que cela veut dire Au secour!!!!!!!!

je ne peux même pas aller sur windows update pour faire des mises à jours!!!!!

A l'aide!!!!!!!!!!!! , je ne peux plus rien faire même supprimer un programme je peux seulement aller sur le net.

Mon ordi est mon outil de travail je vous remercie d'avance pour votre aide.

je pense que le problème c'est quand utilisant malwarebyte tu a trouver un malware sur le fichier rundll et par mal chance tu la supprimer ,donc rundll avec. rundll permet a ton pc de faire fonctionner les applications.

as tu toujours le CD d'installation de ta version windows??

Si c'est le cas tu peux toujours faire :

démarrer / éxécuter : cmd /OK
puis tu tapes dans la console : sfc /scannow

la il t'es demandé d'insérer le CD d'installation, ce que tu peux faire, puis clic sur recommencer.
normalement tous tes fichiers systèmes sont remis comme à l'origine (je ne sais pas ce que cela donne avec les différences de service pack à vérifier)

Bonsoir,

Lorsque je vais dans démarer /exécuter et que je dis ok pour cmd, j'ai une fenêtre qui s'ouvre ouvrir avec choisissez le programme à utiliser pour ouvrir ce fichier.
Que dois je faire????

postes le rapport de suppression malwarebyte pour voir ce qu'il avait trouvé

et ensuite

• Téléchargez FindyKill sur le Bureau.

• Double-cliquez sur FindyKill présent sur le Bureau.

• Choisissez l'option 1 (Recherche).

• Laissez travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite postez le rapport FindyKill.txt qui apparaîtra (si vous avez créé un sujet sur un forum pour vous faire aider).

• Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\FindyKill.txt).

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

pour accéder au log, lance malwarebytes, puis onglet rapports/logs
le dernier de la liste, puis ouvrir ;)

je viens d'essayer et je n'arrive pas à accéder au mode sans échec, j'ai un curseur qui clignote en haut à gauche depuis déjà 10 mn!!!!!!

il faut donc utiliser des outils pour ca

findykill par exemple comme indiqué, en normal si ca fonctionne

je ne peux pasutiliser findykill toujours la même fenêtre qui s'ouvre "ouvrir avec", je ne voudrais pas formater mon disque dure ce sera l'ultime solution!!!

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Findykill a sorti ce rapport, j'avais oublié de dire à chaque fois que je fais une recherche j'ai une page de pub qui apparait à chaque fois!!!!

1)
! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours (navigateur compris ) .

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...

• Double clique sur setup.exe présent sur ton bureau pour lancer l’outil.

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu choisis l'option 2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée]

• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

▶ le programme va travailler, ne touche à rien ... , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

► Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt)

Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide


Findykill peut te demander d'uploader un dossier compressé à cette adresse : https://www.ionos.fr/?affiliate_id=77097

Il est enregistré sur ton bureau.

Merci de l'envoyer à l'adresse indiquée afin d'aider l'auteur de Findykill dans ses recherches.

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random.

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

• Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.

• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande)

et tu devras accepter la licence.

• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

Les rapports se trouvent à cet endroit:

donc

télécharges Hijackthis
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/
Lancer HijackThis en double-cliquant sur l'icône du logiciel
Au menu principal, cliquer sur Do a system Scan only and Save a Logfile
Un rapport sera alors généré dans un fichier bloc-notes, il sera situé dans le dossier désinfection initialement créé pour l'installation.

Télécharge WareOut Removal Tool (par dj QUIOU & la team sécurité MH) ici :

Lance le fichier WareOut_Removal_Tool.bat et choisis l'option n°1
Patiente (une à deux minutes maximum) pendant que le programme sauvegarde le registre
Lis bien attentivement les instructions qui te seront données
A la fin de l'analyse, un rapport va s'ouvrir, poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.

Désactivez les protections résidente "anti-virus et anti-spyware" le temps d'installer smitfraudfix et de faire l'analyse.

Télechargez Smitfraudfix.exe

Regardez le tuto:

Exécutez le en choisissant l’option 1

l’outil va générer un rapport

Copie/colle le rapport sur un forum .

note: Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, etc...) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Bonjour,

Pour te remercier de toute l'aide que tu m'as apporté. Mon problème a été réglé, l'ami d'un ami a réussit à récupérer la fonction exe. Il m'a expliqué que xp guardian cache les fonctions exe. On pense qu'elles ne sont plus là, mais elles y sont, elles sont désactivées.On croit que c'est un problème de virus il a utilisé la fenêtre "ouvrir avec" pour pouvoir ouvrir les fonctions et cela marché, il a pu remettre mon anti virus(qui n'a détecté aucun virus) et c'est là qu'il a compris que c'était un problème de fonction cachée.

Je l'explique à ma façon et pas vraiment avec des termes technique.

En tout cas merci encore pour l'aide apporté car j'ai pu virer xp guardian grâce à toi!!!!!

Bonsoir,

J'ai relancé malwarebytes et il a encore détecté des fichiers infectés. Finalement je vais formater mon disque dure, là je serai certain qu'il n'y aura plus rien. Et tout réinstaller!!!! Tu en penses quoi??
