Hello,
I just installed "Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis" but it crashes on launch. The first window appears, then nothing. It's as if I hadn't done anything.
PS. I am on Vista Ultimate 32 bit, so the service pack
Any help is welcome

    I think you installed a 64 bit, you need a 32 bit

    Hello,

    Try this manipulation:

Delete the file "cascadeinfo.cas" located in the directory "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\AdLM" (or equivalent directory under Windows Vista).

Then try to relaunch Robot Structural Analysis 2010. Normally, this should work.

    Regards.

      Hello,
I am working on Windows XP and I have the same issue as kiming. I followed your instructions but there is no file named "cascadeinfo.cas". Please, if you have any other suggestions, kindly send them to me.

      Hello,
I tried R.S.A.P 2010 on Vista Ultimate and it's true that it doesn't work very well, it crashes on certain operations, I don't know why? Maybe it's not compatible with some versions of Vista????
Then I tried it on XP Pro SP2 and SP3 and it works very, very well! There are no problems at all.

My friend, it's due to the serial number you used for the installation; it's incorrect. Use 000 000000 first, then during activation, you can use another number of your choice!

I also had this problem on Windows 7. I solved it by installing Autodesk Concrete Building Structure from the same year.
I hope it works for you too.
