Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional 13 stuck on startup

Hello,

Due to a PC issue and the purchase of a new PC, I reinstalled Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional 13 on the new PC (ASUS brand). The installation seems to have gone smoothly (serial number OK...) but the Dragon software freezes at launch and nothing happens. In contact with the technical support service of Nuance (the publisher of Dragon), a solution has still not been found. The technical support had me uninstall and then reinstall the software, and then asked me to test after uninstalling AVAST Free (on the old PC, Avast and Dragon coexist perfectly!).
The problem persists.
The PC's performance is compatible with Dragon.
Is there any expert who could help me resolve this issue, please?
Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 41.0

    Hello

Your PC is probably running Windows 10 if it is new, and DNS is not compatible with Windows 10.
You can try starting it in compatibility mode for Windows 7.

    Best regards

No error message, just a window that opens and then nothing happens.
