Ordinateur infecté, big problème

Bonjour, mon pc est infecté, j'ai pue identifier certaine parti, notamment "netuza32" apparement, et le processus "smss32" qui est inarétable, il y a aussi une virus qui télécharge d'autre virus internet exploreur je crois, il y a aussi une icône dans la barre a coté de l'heur (un rond rouge incrusté d'une croix blanche) qui généré des message comme quoi je suis infecté et qu'il faut que j'aille sur tel page web, il l'ouvre même tous seul, mais nod32 la bloc, donc cette croix et une autre parti du virus, il bloque aussi l'accès au processus et tous (j'ai pu y accédé que grâce a tune up)

enfin j'ai suivi l'aide de comment sa marche et fait un scan avec RSIT

Bonjour,

Vu que tu as déjà MalwareBytes, mets le à jour et exécute-le.

# Dans l’onglet Recherche, sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
# Clique sur recherche. Tu ne sélectionnes que les disques durs de l’ordinateur.
# Clique sur lancer l’examen.

# A la fin de la recherche, comme il est demandé, clique sur afficher les résultats.
# Si des infections sont trouvées, clique sur Supprimer la sélection.
Tu postes le rapport dans ton prochain message.

Si tu ne retrouves pas le rapport, ouvre MalwareBytes et regarde dans l’onglet Rapport/logs. Il y est. Clique dessus et choisir ouvrir.

alors, j'ai fait l'annalyse, il en a trouvé une trentaine, je lui ai demané de suprimé les virus et il a commencé et a demandé de redémaré le pc pour terminé la suprétion, au rédémarage a parement plus de trace du virus
au premier abord, mais impossible de se reconecté a internet, j'ai essayer avec fiefox,IE, opera,
google chrome, mais rien a faire, dans les connections il y a orange déconecté mais j'arrive pas a le reconecté, et sinon le pc est conecté au peutit routeur héternet a 5 prise (rhine II Ethernet adapter)

la chui sur mon 2eme pc

J'imagine que tu réponds d'un autre PC.
Télécharge l'outil suivant et transfère le via une clé USB par exemple.

L'infection a cassé les chaines LSP.

Télécharge LSPfix:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
· Démarre LSPfix

Dans la section keep, sélectionne helper32.dll et clique sur la flêche pour qu'elle apparaisse dans Remove

· Coche "I know what I'm doing"
· Clique sur "Finish".
· Redémarre ton pc et teste la connexion au net.

merci beaucoup!, la connection internet est rétablie, il faut faire un scan en ligne pour etre sur qu'il ne reste rien maintenant non ?

Re,

Avant le scan en ligne, relance RSIT ( il doit rester des résidus de l'infection ).
Il n'y aura qu'un seul rapport cette fois-ci.

1/ ouvre Hijackthis ( il se trouve en C:\program files\trend micro\Hijackthis.exe )

tu choisis " Do a system scan only ".
Tu sélectionnes les lignes suivantes :

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://www.cherche.us/keyword/%s

Tu choisis l'option " Fixchecked" en bas de la page.

2/ Télécharge OTM (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

# Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.
# Copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt sous Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved.

la mise a jour de la signature des virus se termine vers les 30%, et sa marque "scan failed" - impossible d'analyse l'ordinateur contre les virus...

ba écoutez moi je sais pas trop , j'avais demandé qu'on m'instal un antivirus, et on m'a dis de mètre sa, que sa marché nikel, j'avais pas trop posé de question moi et les antivirus sa fait 2, pis ba j'avais eu aucun problème...

sinon a l'heur ou j'écris ma database est la 4879 (20100219)

Et bien, on peut régler cela.
Installe Antivir. C'est gratuit et c'est actuellement l'antivirus le plus réactif.

1/ Désinstalle Nod32 via le panneau de configuration.
Ainsi que le module NodEnabler si tu le peux via le panneau de config.

2/ Télécharge Antivir.
http://www.free-av.com/en/products/index.html

Suis le tuto pour installer Antivir :
https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

* Mets à jour Antivir et lance un scan complet
* Pour cela, clique sur l'onglet Protection Locale puis Contrôler
* Choisis les éléments à scanner ( disques durs locaux ).
* Lance le scan en cliquant sur la loupe.

Lorsque le scan est terminé, tu as la possibilité de générer un rapport en cliquant sur le bouton rapport.
Poste le rapport.

3/ Ouvre le panneau de configuration et options Internet.
Dans l'onglet Sécurité --> clique sur sites de confiance --> clique sur sites

Enlève de la liste les sites suivants :
http://*.buy-security-essentials.com
http://*.get-key-se10.com
http://*.buy-security-essentials.com (HKLM)
http://*.get-key-se10.com (HKLM)
