Problem with Epson Stylus SX205 printer

Hello,

All the lights on my printer (Epson Stylus SX205) are on. I'm being told there is a general error that I don't know how to resolve.
I checked the technical support website, but nothing helps. It still won't print anything.
Could someone come to my rescue?

    Did you change the ink cartridges on your printer?
    If you have the CD for your printer, reinstall your printer.
