S4 League launch issue

Hello,

First of all, please be understanding as this is my first time posting here...

Here is my problem: I launch S4 League, I click on start, then the small yellow window fills up to 100%, then it disappears, and then nothing happens...

Can you help me?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

    The window is white, not yellow, sorry ^^ and also at the bottom there's something "X-trap", then about 5 minutes later, an error window appears saying

    timed out waiting for initializing xtrap engine.

      I have your answer, you need to go to the control panel but there is an update that is FOOLING.

      I'm totally the opposite, when I start S4 League and hit start, it begins to load then the loading stops and nothing is displayed...

    I'm experiencing the same problem as you, except that I can't remove Windows Internet Explorer 7. Can you help me please? It's very important!

      >> Control Panel >> Uninstall a program. Then you search for IE7 and uninstall it ;-)

    Hello,

    if you can't uninstall Internet 7 in add/remove programs, type in Google uninstall Internet 7. Click on the Microsoft support site and follow the instructions. I hope this helps you.

      Thank you very much for this information, I managed to uninstall Internet Explorer (I hope others will succeed too)
      But the problem now is that S4 won't start anymore.

    So, you need to right-click on s4 and then run it as an administrator, and if it doesn't work, well... we're in the same boat, my old friend!!

    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem launching the game "Blackshot". After I click on the icon and enter my password and ID, it loads the update and starts a protection application for games at startup. Then I get an error message < X-Trap error 114 - close all conflicting programs >, then it shows me a black screen and finally "Error launch".
    It worked fine before.
    I heard it might be a spyware or virus issue.
    - I uninstalled the game,
    - Scanned with CCleaner,
    - Scanned with Spy-bot,
    - Scanned with Kaspersky,
    - Reinstalled the game.
    ==> The game worked once, but when I tried to check again, the same problem came back.

    Please, if you have any answers, help me.

    I have the same problem as you and I admit I don't understand why it's doing this...
    the white window then the blue thing loads then nothing and after a while a window called hgwc tells you timed out waiting for initializing xtrap-engine I installed the game on my computer (I'm at my grandparents' house) and it works please help us.

      Hi all, I was passing by looking for a solution to a problem I have with "S4 League" and
      apparently you had the same issue I had. In fact, this problem is due to your internet browser
      so if you are using "Internet Explorer 7" (or newer), you will need to uninstall it and then use a different browser. Otherwise, if the problem persists, you will have to look elsewhere ^^

      En fait, quand je mets démarrer, ça charge, ça met un écran avec un « x trap » puis après ça se ferme et il n'y a plus rien.

      You go to Add/Remove Programs, then you look for Internet Explorer and you click Delete.

    Hello,
    So here I have the same problem as you but I don't have Internet Explorer 7 nor any software that blocks games.
    I think it simply comes from the computer not being powerful enough.
    If someone finds what I'm saying silly, please find other explanations.

      Yes, it's stupid. I have a powerful PC that can run WoW, but S4 League won't start. I think it's because of Windows XP!

      Before, S4 League worked for me but now it doesn't work anymore, and my computer

    My bug is that in S4 League, at one point during a match, the image freezes and I can't do anything anymore, and regarding the Xtrap timed message, it means that the time to launch S4 League has passed.
